Returns

We're sure that you'll love your order but if for any reason you aren't happy you can return your item within 14 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Orders placed online can also be returned to store.
In order for us to process a refund or exchange, goods returned must be undamaged and in perfect condition, tagged and complete with original packaging. We are unable to refund or exchange goods without their original packaging.
If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund your original delivery charge. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We cannot accept returns on goods that have been made or ordered to a customer's specification.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings or hair accessories.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of cosmetics or toiletries.

Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.
Refunds and exchanges on purchases made under promotional events are refunded at the discounted value.
If you are returning goods issued with a free promotional gift then the returned goods must include the promotional gift.

    If you would like an exchange please call or email us beforehand to ensure we have a replacement in stock.
    We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods and would recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery. Please ensure that you retain the receipt until you have received the credit for your return. Please note that return costs cannot be reimbursed unless your item was damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. None of the above terms affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
