So you've found the perfect gift and you want to present it in style but you're not fond of wrapping, would like it sent straight to your gran or you have limited time? At The Cedars we provide a gift wrapping service so that you can present your gift in style, leaving your friends and family feeling appreciated for the special touch (and saving you having to hunt for the scissors).

Our Christmas gift wrap costs £4.99 per wrapped gift.

How much does the gift wrap service cost?

Our gift wrap service costs £4.99 per wrapped gift and it includes a hand written card.

How do I gift wrap my order?

You can select options using the drop down menu on the item.

Can all items be gift wrapped?

Certain items aren’t suited to being gift wrapped – not many, but there are some weirdly shaped or massive ones that just wouldn’t take kindly to being wrapped. We’ll let you know if that’s the case (usually after trying and failing miserably)

Will everything in my basket be wrapped?

No, the price for gift wrapping is per item. Unless it’s tiny and I’m feeling generous. Email us if you want to be cheeky.

Can I write a message to accompany the gift?

Yes, you can write a message per card. The card is pretty small though. Occasionally you may even get a doodle from the twice won Cotswold Artist Of The Year because that’s me, writing this, and I wrap the gifts.

Can you send directly to recipient?

Your gift can be sent directly to the chosen recipient. Just add the recipient's name in the Delivery Address field. Please note only one address per order. Please place separate orders if they are being posted to multiple addresses. There are no receipts sent in gift wrapped orders, or in fact in any orders because I frequently forget.

Can I have a refund on the gift wrapping service?

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been gift wrapped I’m afraid we don’t refund the charge. We can’t refund the service if you return a gift wrapped order. It’d be all scrunched and ripped and nobody wants that.

Can you copy my hand writing in the card?

No. Your mum will totally know it’s not your writing. I can tempt a spider to dip his little feet in ink and walk across the card if you like?
