Delivery

At Cedars we offer free delivery on orders over £15, otherwise our Standard postage and packaging cost is £4.50 on orders under £15. This excludes Scottish Highlands, Republic Of Ireland, Northern Island or The Channel Islands, although we’ll be happy to obtain a postage quote for you.

The delivery is via courier. The parcels may need to be signed for, however you can request the parcel to be left in a safe place, i.e. the garden shed or in the porch, but we sadly can’t take responsibility for any losses.

Click & Collect

Our free click & collect service at Cedars Bourton allows you to browse and buy from the entire range online from the comfort of your own home and to collect it from our gift store in Bourton on the Water in Gloucestershire within an hour on the same day or a day that is convenient for you. You can collect your order between 10:00 - 17:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Please bring along your proof of ID and confirmation email when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then please make sure that they have your proof of ID and confirmation email.
