What is click and collect?

Our click & collect service at Cedars Bourton allows you to browse and buy from the entire range online from the comfort of your own home and to collect it from our gift store in Bourton on the Water in Gloucestershire within an hour on the same day or a day that is convenient for you. You can collect your order between 10:30 - 16:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

How to use Cedars Bourton click and collect service?

Step 1: Once you have completed your online shop, head on over to your shopping basket.

Step 2: Click on Checkout.

• If you do not have an account click Proceed.
• If you have an account enter your email address, click on I have an account, enter your password and click Proceed.

Step 3: Enter your details, billing address, and select I would like to collect my order in store under Collection.

Step 4: You will receive an email with your order details.

Step 5: Once your order is ready we will contact you via email to arange a delivery date.

Note

Please bring along your proof of ID and confirmation email when collecting your order. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then please make sure that they have your proof of ID and confirmation email.
