Hermann Original Bears
Hermann teddy bears have a long history that goes back to 1912 when the founder Bernhard Hermann started the family business in Sonneberg. The business moved in 1948 to Hirschaid near Bamberg, where the company is still based today. Hermann soft toys are still connected to the original family business through the Hermann granddaughters who check the design quality of all the toys made by this esteemed company. We are big fans of high quality teddy bear craft and we have picked out some of our favourite soft teddy bears from Hermann's collection. There are many here which will be exciting for kids and collectors alike. The warm, honey coloured fur and the adorable little smiles of the bears gives them a heartwarming and timeless quality.
Hermann limited edition bears
For the collectors among us, Hermann's limited edition bears are a thing of beauty. Each of them features a high level of detail not only in the teddy bear's body and facial expressions, but also in their adorable outfits and their mini accessories. Some wear big hooded coats; others wear colourful summer dresses; some even have with them watering cans to accompany their bright and joyful look! To give it that mark of authenticity, you will also get that iconic Hermann brass button and a hand written certificate along with your bear. These mohair bears are classics of teddy bear design and they would be a fine addition to anyone's collection.
Hermann soft animal teddies
You can also explore the collection of other animals which include the super soft and adorable tiger. It is safe for children to use, and conveniently machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius. The soft and fluffy fur, the accurate markings and the cute expression on its face will make this an absolute favourite with the little ones. There is also an impressive level of realistic detail in the Hermann bat toy. It has cute little ears and outstretched wings, and it can be hung from a handy little cord hook on the top of the design. These soft and comforting animal toys are great for kids who are developing a passion for wildlife.
